Enjoy a lovely nurturing morning of pregnancy yoga. Take some time to connect with your baby, restore some much needed energy and stretch out your changing body.
Feel calm and confident whether this is your first baby or you have little ones at home.

Have you tried the beautiful practice of
yin yoga?
This style of yoga is low and slow where we remain mostly close to the ground. Poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes.
​
Yin yoga soothes the nervous system, allows for deep contemplation and targets the release of fascia. It is enormously beneficial for rest and recovery from our other more yang pursuits such as hatha flow, Pilates or any other strenuous activities. It benefits the joints, allows for more mobility and gives a lovely sense of stillness.
​
Yin yoga can be quite challenging however, with the use of props such as bolsters and blocks, it is suitable for most yogis.
​
​No prior yoga experience needed but you must be able to participate in a group exercise class and be fairly injury free for the yoga workshops.
Crystal singing bowl events are suitable for all though not always recommended for late pregnancy or those with sensory issues.

Minimum numbers required for workshop to go ahead.
