Celebrate all things Summer, 2025, Lunar New Year, back to work and finally back to school with some refreshing movement and intention setting.

We will enjoy some flowing yoga with a few sneaky Pilates moves thrown in before we settle in for a relaxation.
​
Clarify your intentions for the year ahead with some mindfulness practices to focus on what we would like to manifest in the year ahead.
Will be a fun morning with a cup of tea to finish.
Yin Yoga Saturdays
Have you tried this wonderful style of yoga? You will soon be in love!
​
Yin Yoga is the perfect antidote to our excessively "Yang" lifestyles. Restore much needed energy, recover from sports and go into deep stretch.
​
This style stays low and slow to the mat where poses may be held for up to five minutes. A lovely practice for the experienced yogi however, because we use lots of props like bolsters and blocks, the beginner will benefit equally.
​
Yin Yoga aims to elongate muscles, strengthen tendons, hydrate tissues and mobilise joints. The practice also offers all of the other benefits of Yoga such as relaxation, mindfulness, breath control and stress management.
​

​No prior yoga experience needed but you must be able to participate in a group exercise class and be fairly injury free for the yoga workshops.
Crystal singing bowl events are suitable for all though not always recommended for late pregnancy or those with sensory issues.
