Join our beginners, yin or hatha classes throughout the week.
Now booking small group reformer Pilates. Build strength, flexibility and move well through the amazing Pilates method.
Working towards a goal? Maybe more flexibility or strength. Finished at the Physio but not sure what to do next? Been told to "work on your core"? Private and duo studio Pilates sessions use a variety of apparatus: reformer, barrels, tower and matwork to make doing what you do easier. Start with an initial consult then either continue with private sessions or move into a group of 2 or 3 where you will still do your own program.
