Moss Vale Yoga + Pilates offers group yoga classes in Moss Vale.

Join our beginners, yin or hatha classes throughout the week.

 

Now booking small group reformer Pilates. Build strength, flexibility and move well through the amazing Pilates method.  These classes are limited to four clients so you will receive individual attention while enjoying the fun of a group class. 

Working towards a goal? Maybe more flexibility or strength. Finished at the Physio but not sure what to do next? Been told to "work on your core"?

Private and duo studio Pilates sessions use a variety of apparatus: reformer, barrels, tower and matwork to make doing what you do easier. Start with an initial consult then either continue with private or duo sessions. Grab a friend and get in touch to find a time

THINK OF IT AS PERSONAL TRAINING PILATES STYLE

Prenatal and post natal classes is a real passion. These sessions can be a mix of  Pilates and yoga that are available in small groups or private sessions. Please get in touch to enquire about the schedule for these classes.

As much as we love online classes, there is nothing quite like the energy of getting together at the studio.

Phones off, shoes off, me time and a beautiful dedicated space for you to practice.  

The studio has amazing timber floors, loads of natural light and air conditioning. 

The reformers are set off the ground and include the premium Balanced Body equipment. 

With so many of us working long hours and being available 24/7 there is something quite special about coming to a little sanctuary, seeing some friendly faces, having a few laughs and getting stuck in to some lovely movement.
