While these classes offer their challenges they are a great starting point if you are new to yoga.
Experienced or not a beginners class is a delightful way to spend time moving your body and calming your mind.
These classes may offer a stronger style of Asana but still accessible for all levels.
Fantastic for the yogi who is ready to extend their skills but also terrific if you are fairly active and want to add something special to your routine.
The ever popular Yin style is a beautiful slow class for those students who want to go deep into contemplation.
Long holds in postures of up to five minutes to release fascia and stimulate meridians.
Supported by props and modifications these classes are suitable for all levels.

Suitable from around 12 weeks with your relevant health care providers OK.
Enjoy some time connecting with your baby, preparing mentally for birth and restoring some much needed energy with some other expecting Mums.

Similar to a slow Vinyasa style.
