WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
The studio is fully equipped however we recommend that you bring your own mat, a small towel and a layer for relaxation.
You don't need any fancy gym gear. Just wear something comfortable and loose.
Socks must be worn for the reformer classes. Grip socks available to purchase at the studio
DO I JUST SHOW UP?
Bookings are essential.
Class sizes are limited.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?
We all love some special attention. Get in touch for private classes, duos or small groups.
Indulge in a reformer workout 1:1 or grab some mates.
If you have any limitations such as shoulder problems, back pain, stiff and sore joints, tennis elbow etc then studio Pilates is perfect for you.
WHAT IF I CAN'T TOUCH MY TOES?
Totally fine! We encourage you to listen to your body, move at your own pace and who knows... in time those toes might get a bit closer!
Please note the classes are a group exercise environment. Check if this is suitable with your health care provider if you aren't sure.
