Class and Covid Safe Info
Moss Vale Yoga Studio is a registered Covid Safe business.
You will need to bring your own mat, hand sanitise on entry and check in via the Service NSW app.
By attending the studio you agree to our Covid Safe Plan and Guidelines.
The health and wellbeing of our community is paramount.
Please practise at home if you are unwell.
Can I just show up?
Class sizes are limited due to the current Covid 19 guidelines and require a booking.
You can book online or send an email, text or call.
What do I bring?
The studio is fully equipped but due to Covid-19 restrictions we are limiting the use of props and you will need to bring your own mat and a towel.
What if I can't touch my toes?
Totally fine. We encourage you to listen to your body, move gently and in time... who knows? Maybe those toes will be a bit closer.
What should I wear?
You don't need fancy gym wear. Something comfortable and loose. Bring a layer such as socks and a long sleeve top for relaxation.

Terms and Conditions
By attending Moss Vale Yoga Studio classes either in person at Suite 5 Moss Vale Arcade 348 Argyle Street Moss Vale or online you agree to the following terms and conditions.
When you attend your first class you will be asked to sign a hard copy or return an emailed copy which may be updated at any time.
CONDITIONS OF SALE/ CANCELLATION POLICY:
During Covid -19 pandemic and beyond all classes must be booked and paid for in advance. Some personal details may be collected including but not limited to your physical address, phone number and email. Your rights to privacy will be thoroughly respected. These details are required should contact tracing become necessary.
All sales are final and no refunds are given. Classes are non transferrable. Please consider this when purchasing 10 or 5 class packages.
We reserve the right to cancel or change classes at any time however you will be given adequate notice and not be charged. The timetable is subject to change. Chris works to the school terms but Brit will open in school holidays and Public Holidays as much as possible. Check timetable for changes around this time. Any planned closures will be on the website well in advance. There is a 16 week expiry on packages after which they will be forfeited.
Please note that Term Passes are paid for in full before term starts. Should you miss a class every attempt will be made to accommodate a make up class however this may not be possible and you agree to forfeit the class. If you know you will be away for part of the term then please consider a five or ten class pass. Places will not be held over for the following term. Chris' classes are often only available by the term however please check as casual places come up regularly and she IS taking new students.
Classes must be cancelled or re scheduled 2 hours beforehand to allow other students to attend. Classes booked and not attended after this two hour period are forfeited. Bring your own mat and towel.
TERMS OF ATTENDING CLASS: During the Covid - 19 pandemic and beyond any individual attending MVYS agrees to the Covid Safe guidelines and to following teacher directives to ensure the health and wellbeing of the community is protected.
You agree to arriving to class on time, checking in through the Service NSW app, respecting social distancing, hand sanitising, leaving your shoes at the door and putting your personal effects in individual cubicles.
When completing an enrolment form you will answer truthfully or to the best of your knowledge whether you have any health conditions that may affect your practice such as pregnancy, glaucoma, high or low blood pressure.
WAIVER: By attending classes at MVYS either in person or online and by signing the appropriate document you agree to practising Yoga is a physical activity and you do so at your own risk of injury or harm either to your person or your belongings. MVYS it's affiliates, and representatives may not be held responsible for any harm, injury or ailment that may arise.
Although every care is taken the instructions given are general in nature so you must listen to your body's limitations and practice at your own pace.
